Very nice site which has a large collection of
orders of battles, maps and generally good scenario material. Material
covers modern history (early 19th century on) and some sections are
not accessible without a membership. Most material is free however.
Scramble-Air Force Overviews:

Probably the nicest current air order of battle site. Large collection
of airforces with airbase locations. Correct latitude and longitude is
given for airbases which are also hotlinked to expedia maps.

Tabular historical air order of battle data. Covers nations not easily found on the web.

Marvelous naval orbat site maintained by Andrew Toppan. This site is
reasonably up to date and includes a great collection of historical

Okay well warships was a great site naval order of battle site that
closed due to funding. Luckily the Internet Archive Wayback Machine
backed the now missing information up. You can find version of the site

Real nice updated Middle Eastern Order of Battles. Some nations are
actually in North Africa but who cares. All materials in .pdf form

deployments of wings and carriers. Information is updates and generally
reliable.
Chinese Defense Today:

Excellent current Chinese Orbat site. Author keeps abrest of current
Chinese developments. Site still infant and will seemingly get better
as time progresses.

The place to get those GIS files. Simply enter your search parameters and a zipped file will be created containing simple GIS Data (Roads, Rivers, Rail, borders, Cities) files. Simply place in the same folder as your Harpoon 3 .scn or .sav file.
